Product Overview
DM Stamping Die is an industry leader in engineering complex Custom Sheet Metal Deep Drawing Dies. Drawing dies are used to form flat sheet metal into three-dimensional hollow shapes—such as cylinders, boxes, and irregular shells—through controlled plastic deformation. Our deep draw tooling is meticulously designed to manage material flow and blank holder pressure (binder force) perfectly, preventing common defects like wrinkling on the flanges or thinning/tearing at the bottom radius.
Key Features & Benefits
Advanced Material Flow Control: Precision-engineered draw radii and binder rings ensure smooth, uniform material stretching without structural failure.
Multi-Stage Drawing Capabilities: For extremely deep parts, we design multi-stage drawing sequences (reductions) to gradually form the metal, maintaining wall thickness integrity.
Superior Surface Finish: Highly polished die cavities and specialized surface coatings (like TD or TiN coating) eliminate galling and scratching on the final product.
FEA Simulation: We utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software during the design phase to simulate the metal forming process, ensuring a right-the-first-time tooling solution.
